Rapid Mobile Care currently operates out-of-network with most insurance plans.

For your convenience, we provide detailed superbills that include:

• CPT codes
• ICD-10 diagnosis codes
• Place of service
• Provider NPI
• Tax ID
• Amount charged

Patients may submit these superbills directly to their insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.
Reimbursement depends on each patient’s individual plan benefits.

We offer transparent, flat-rate self-pay pricing for patients who prefer cash-pay or who are currently out-of-network.

• Our standard mobile urgent visit fee includes evaluation and in-home rapid testing when indicated.
• Additional services (IV therapy, injectable medications, procedures) are clearly priced and discussed prior to treatment.
• Payment is collected prior to dispatch to ensure a seamless visit experience.
